Hardware: All hardware products purchased directly from Syncpedia include a 14 day return policy with the following terms:
We must be notified within 7 days of the product delivery of a problem (according to delivery confirmation date), and up to 14 days to ship the product back to us. Within the 14 day return period the customer has the option of replacing or returning the hardware for a refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer elects to replace the hardware, Syncpedia will handle the shipping costs in shipping the replacement product to the buyer.
PDA Warranties: All PDA devices, in addition to the normal return period, include a 3 month standard warranty against defects (not including user abuse). If there is a defect within the warranty period you will have the option of replacing your device according to the instructions included with your product purchase.
Software: Since Syncpedia is just a venue for other mobile software vendors - the return policies that govern software are handled by the software vendors directly. Please contact the developer of your software for more information.
